 With a newer -current (2019.07.31.06.25.14 aka 9.99.1) that has hannken's
 changes to reduce the number of types, the type tables no longer
 overflow, so the "-U DEBUG" in /etc/Makefile is the only remaining
 issue causing "dtrace -n 'fbt::vmem_alloc:entry { trace(args[0]); }'"
 to fail.
