Is the text about >& and <& now in sh.1 in NetBSD HEAD adequate?
(It is identical to that appended to this PR a week ago.)

Note: as this is just a doc wording issue, which can be updated again
any time if needed, with no impact other than (hopefully) better
accuracy and readability, I will set a fairly short feedback timeout
on this one (say a week or so), after which the PR will simply close
if there has been no response.
