What a scatterbrain^stupid guy I am!

It is a new system build from scratch using build.sh.
First, I done ./build.sh release instead of ./build.sh distribution, 
before installing. Second, I run no MAKEDEV at all...

I retest with a proper system and close this PR if it works correctly.
