The headers have been generated manually and placed in:

src/external/mit/xorg/lib/libxcb/files

They are installed by:

src/external/mit/xorg/lib/libxcb/files/Makefile

Some of the headers that are present in the files directory are missing
from the Makefile.

Other headers, including ge.h, have not been generated from the xml
sources.
