>Description:
I had an external monitor attached to my laptop when installing, and it seems that NetBSD detected the other monitor's screen resolution and used that for the console framebuffer(?) output, resulting in text I couldn't read "below" my laptop screen.

I unplugged the external monitor and tried again, and the issue went away and nothing was "below" my laptop screen.

I only caught the issue because NetBSD fails to install if you have two CD devices and install from the second, it asks for root device info, etc (cd0 not used, cd1 used for installation). I couldn't see the prompts without pressing enter several times for it to scroll up. Installation appeared to freeze, but I just couldn't see the prompts.
>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt installation with an external monitor with greater resolution than laptop. Laptop is still main monitor and external monitor isn't even used.
