All htdocs bits for relevant paragraphs in
The NetBSD Guide should be addressed.

However, for src bits in `.txt' documentation the
`^' sometimes does not appear. At least 7.1.1 and 7.1.2
seems affected and NetBSD-current does not have this
problem.

Despite worth possible investigation/pullups leave the
PR open for the src bits problems.
