oea_startup() in src/sys/arch/powerpc/oea/oea_machdep.c attempts to "allocate away the pages that map to 0xDEA[CDE]xxxx" as said in the comment by the call to uvm_map() fails. I've tried playing with the size & value fields in the uvm_map call without luck (or clue).

Boot a NetBSD/macppc kernel & dmesg output.
