I see this on all tested architectures - some tests fail and don't shut down
the rump_servers they started. First test that does this
is tests/fs/nfs/t_rquotad.

Might be a kernel or lib problem - categorizing as "bin" for now.

cd /usr/tests/fs/nfs
atf-run t_rquotad
pgrep rump_server

and watch 6 processes still around.
