 Hello,
 This issue should now be resolved through age. I currently have a
 netbsd-8 amd64 release build in progress with Cygwin 2.9.0.
 There were no issues at the tools build stage, I can see an nbrpcgen
 executable in my tooldir.
 
 Version of GCC available is now 6.4.0 in Cygwin.
