>Description:
My KVM presents itself as a USB hub and then the USB keyboard
attaches behind that hub. When plugged into a USB2 port on the
	motherboard I get:
uhub6 at uhub1 port 6: ATEN International (0x557) product 8021 (0x8021), class 9/0, rev 1.10/1.00, addr 4
uhub6: 4 ports with 4 removable, self powered
uhub6: device problem, disabling port 1
uhub6: detached

However if I plug it into a USB3 port I get:
uhub6 at uhub3 port 2: ATEN International (0x557) product 8021 (0x8021), class 9/0, rev 1.10/1.00, addr 1

Same device on NetBSD-7 stable works on the same hardware in both a USB2 and
a USB 3 port.

>How-To-Repeat:
	Plug in device
>Fix:
No idea on how to fix but my workround is to keep the KVM plugged
into a USB 3 port where it is 100% reliable.
