The synopsis is pretty self-explanatory.  ddb(4) does not accept keyboard
input from a USB3-attached keyboard.

This is a critical issue, and should be considered a release blocker for
NetBSD-8.  Without this, there is a large class of systems on which we
won't be able to assist users in debugging problems.
