I noticed this too:
http://www-soc.lip6.fr/~bouyer/NetBSD-tests/xen/HEAD/
in fact no result is available for amd64 because atf crashed on the
first test.
I strongly suspect maxv's commits from Oct, 19 but I couldn't find what's
wrong yet.
