 I tested HEAD/201707130130Z/evbarm-earmv6hf/binary/gzimg/rpi.img.gz and
 system booted fine with the solaris & dtrace modules loaded via
 /etc/modules.conf.
 
 rpi# dtrace -l|wc -l
        4
 
 It seems the issue is now fixed.
