 OK, it seems that there are two problems here: NetBSD/dreamcast
 does not have INSTALL notes available and the only packages available
 for it are 7.0_2015Q2. There are several possible solutions to address
 that.
 
 At least from the wikisrc side it seems that we need to adjust
 wikisrc/templates/port.mdwn in order to fix that.
 I think that this can be needed also for other ports and I can take a
 look to extend the template as needed.
 
 Another one, not wikisrc related - is to write NetBSD/dreamcast
 INSTALL notes - at least for next NetBSD/dreamcast releases - will
 be probably a better way but for that I suggest you to open a
 separate PR.
 
 Sevan, does it looks like a possible plan? (I'll try to sketch
 needed template adjustment this weekend)
