Sorry, we are not too interested in fixing it. the FPU emulation was removed in 2008, as it was broken then.
There is some objection to re-introducing such FPU emulation (adding complexity), and it will take some work, too.
If there was x86 soft float, it will be more easily accepted, but it doesn't exist currently.
If you are very motivated and interested in doing the work, do say so - we can help point you in the right direction.
