>Description:
When plugging an axe(4) "D-Link DUB-E100 B1" into a slhci(4) "TC-USB", nothing happens, i. e. axe does not attach.
Only when *unplugging* the device again, then the following info is printed:

axe0 at uhub0 port 1
axe0: ASIX Electronics AX88772 USB 2.0 10/100 ethernet controller, rev 2.00/0.01, addr 2
axe0: failed to set configuration, err=CANCELLED
axe0: detached
axe0: at uhub0 port 1 (addr 2) disconnected

USB is attached as follows:

tcu0 at tc0 slot 4 offset 0x0: TC-USB
tcu0: config 0x0
slhci0 at tcu0
slhci0: ScanLogic SL811HS/T USB Host Controller (rev 1.4 or 1.5)
slhci0: Max Current 500 mA (value by code, not by probe)
usb0 at slhci0: USB revision 1.1
uhub0 at usb0: ScanLogic/Cypress SL811HS/T root hub, class 9/0, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 1
uhub0: 1 port with 1 removable, self powered

A USB drive was tested and works (to narrow this down slightly more).
>How-To-Repeat:
