The link "IP Filter (Firewall) resources, including HOW-TOs and FAQs"
at http://www.netbsd.org/docs/ is broken (again). I can't resolve
www.nwo.net.

Assuming its licensing allows it, it may make more sense to host the
"IPFilter How-To" document (that at least used to be available on
www.obfuscation.org before that site got turned into some Russian
window sales corporation's page) somewhere local to NetBSD. Whether
its licensing allows it I don't know, since I can't get my hands on
it anymore.
