I tried to install, the latest 29 July, using the first link but received the following error:

Command failed:
/user/bin/for -a few:// for.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-7.0_STABLE/hpcmips/binary/sets/kern-GENERIC.tgz.

The second link did not work either.

Hope this helps. Will wait until 7.0.2.
I notice that the Netbsd.gz file is much smaller in these links?? 3mb instead of 8mb?
