unable to access as I was unable to navigate the installation menu

During the booting of the installation media in a Hyper-V VM running on Windows Server 2012 R2. When in the installation menu, every push of a keyboard button was repeated numerous times making it unable to select or enter in correct data.

Launch a Hyper-V VM with the NetBSD installation ISO mounted as the CD/DVD media.
