 Is this with ffsv2 or v1?
 
 With ffsv2 dup alloc panics have been seen before when caused by races
 in the buffer cache; at least once source of that got fixed but it
 wouldn't surprise me at all if there are others.
 
 (also in general please include the backtrace with panics...)
