Can't build with /usr/src/gnu/dist/texinfo from 7.0-stable later than 2016-01-14.
I suspect a commit that wasn't supposed to be there ended up in the CVS netbsd-7-0 tag.
>How-To-Repeat:
- Downloaded and unpacked 7.0-release sources
- Updated to 7.0-stable using CVS (cvs update -r netbsd-7-0 -Pd)
- Tried to build -- fails
- Downgraded /usr/src/gnu/dist/texinfo only to an earlier version (cd usr/src/gnu/dist/texinfo; cvs update -D 2016-01-14 -Pd)
- Build completes and works
