No luck:
i486--netbsdelf-gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-fno-tree-fpr'
I couldn't find it in the man page or the texinfo documentation, either.

All but LOCKDEBUG were enabled in one of the test kernels. I'll enable that too
and try again.
