Workaround const issues of SSL_set_tlsext_host_name.
Use the proper format "[IPv6 address]:port" when reporting connection
attempts to IPv6 endpoints.
(Hopefully) fix build without IPv6 support
Try to factor out some code, this is completely out of control.
