 I have now imported jemalloc 4.0.4 into pkgsrc (from wip), and I'm
 linking my application with that until the libc malloc gets fixed.
 With this work-around, my application is showing performance similar
 to that on other operating systems.
 
 I wonder how much faster release builds would be with a newer
 jemalloc in libc...
