Looks like this problem has been fixed some time ago. Here is the CVS
source date of the last occurrence of the string "bconfig.h: No such
in the babylon5 build logs by port:

   i386 2014.07.12.11.57.48
   amd64 2014.07.07.10.18.20
   sparc 2014.07.10.15.32.09

 Thanks to whoever fixed it.
