Below is a patch that updates the subpages of docs/Hardware/Busses to use XML instead of HTML.

I replaced broken links when possible, and linked to the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine when no replacement could be found. Also, I removed a couple of dead links that had no replacement or archive.

I excluded the newly generated index.html files from the patch as I assume that is going to be generated anyway and it makes the patch easier to read. If preferred I can submit the generated html files as well.
