I've seen it fail here too:

But it seems fixed since 201511191300Z on the branch. I've not seen it
fail on HEAD.
I guess what fixed it on the branch was reverting this pullup:
sys/compat/linux/common/linux_mod.c            1.5
sys/compat/netbsd32/netbsd32_mod.c             1.6-1.9

       Fixes for compat modules.
