I also have a laptop with GeForce 9400M, on which similar panic
takes place. Both 210 and 9400M are categorized as NV50 family:

This machine does not have COM ports, too. To make matters worse,
I cannot obtain backtrace because panic occurs before attachment
of wskbd.
