Postinstall recently got support for blacklistd - which does not work
in source mode, since the source file is not in src/etc/rc.d but in
src/external/bsd/blacklist/etc.

cp: /ssd/src/etc/rc.d/blacklistd: No such file or directory
        Can't copy /ssd/src/etc/rc.d/blacklistd to /etc/rc.d/blacklistd
