 In any case somebody would have to review my proposal / research
 result in PR 48959
 "Misrepresentation of files of 4 GiB or larger in cd9660".
 It would probably have to be adapted to changes in the cd9660
 code made since july last year.
 
 A method for exotic extent sizes could be added then.
 A test challenge is available in the test tarball for 48959
 (exoten.iso file "07").
