i've started looking at this but it's not trivial at all.

needs that we install the (new) libgbm from Mesa 9.x and newer
(shouldn't be hard, all the sources are in our tree all ready),
but also supporting the glamor-egl driver, which the modern ati
driver uses for 2D support.
