>Description:
screenblank(1) depends on wskbd device mtime to unblank the screen. This doesn't work if the "nodevmtime" option is in fstab for the root file-system.
>How-To-Repeat:
Using a frame buffer driver that supports WSDISPLAYIO_SVIDEO:

 - mount root fs with "nodevmtime" option
 - # /etc/rc.d/screenblank onestart
 - wait for 10 minutes
 - when the screen blanks, press a key on the keyboard
