Let me rephrase: I think it is a bug in the pkg providing <xmlrpc-c/server.h>,
whichever that is, and it should be patched in pkgsrc.

On NetBSD we have a nice __HAVE_ATOMIC64_OPS define to guard cases like
this.

Thanks Martin for pointing out! Please be free to reassign this to pkgsrc-bugs
and let's see if I (or someone else) can find fix for rtorrent and/or
xmlrpc-c for this.
