LVM doesn't start at boot on systems that have a separate /usr partition.
This is because the LVM tools like /sbin/dmsetup and /sbin/lvm link against
the libdm library which is in /usr/lib.
Enable LVM in rc.conf on a system with separate /usr partition.
Move libdm to /lib.
