  +		sc->sc_epoch += days_per_year(year);
   	}
   	for (year = POSIX_BASE_YEAR; year < EPOCHYEAR; year++) {
  -		sc->sc_epoch -= LEAPYEAR4(year) ? SECYR + SECDAY : SECYR;
  +		sc->sc_epoch -= days_per_year(year);
 
 There is need to multiply days_per_year(year) by SECS_PER_DAY.
