Install NetBSD/amd64 7_BETA from 2014-09-12 on Thinkpad T500.
sysctl -w hw.acpi.sleep.vbios=2
Hit Fn-F4 or do sysctl -w machdep.sleep_state=3
Additionally, the keyboard does not work in ddb when it is invoked from
vpanic() because of ddb.onpanic=1. Entering ddb with ctrl-alt-esc works.

Unknown. However, NetBSD 7.99.1 from 2014-09-06 doesn't show that problem.
