An emulated VAX 780 does not find any mscp devices in -current, while it
still works fine with 6.1.4. All still works (with the same SIMH installation)
in an emulated MicroVax 3900.

Here are the 6.1.4 and -current dmesg (note INSTALL vs. GENERIC difference,
this is just an artifact of my test method and unlikely related to the
failure itself):
