Sorry for the delay, due to illness, it took me a over a week to install
the patch on my production servers. I've now had it installed for a week.

At some point after I filed the initial bug report, I stopped getting
these panics on a regular basis.

However, I did do a "tcpdrop" on one of the ESTABLISHED connections
that have no corresponding entry in lsof/fstat and got the second panic
 described in the ticket.

So, only time will tell if the initial problem is fixed, but there is
still that weird issue with ESTABLISHED connections that I can't even
 work around with tcpdrop.

 Thanks.
