 Hi,
 
 As you guessed it was i386. The following image was used :
 
 http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-6.1_RC1/iso/NetBSD-6.1_RC1-i386.iso
 
 Yes, It does support ACHI mode.
 
 I have Asrock H61M-DGS motherboard with Intel integrated HD Graphics. for
 further info:

       Using Sony Optiarc DVD RW AD-7240S
