Other BSD systems offer the -D flag which enables TCP_NODELAY, and that, when 
used, improves responsiveness massively in a normal terminal session.
>How-To-Repeat:
Use NetBSD for a rlogin(1) session in a secured private network because it's so 
much smaller than ssh(1).
>Fix:
I'll reply with a patch that adds -D (better than pasting here).
