One of our NetBSD 6.0.1 (i386) systems running as a VMware guest on a ESX 
cluster, got a kernel panic. What's unique about this host, is that it's the 
only NetBSD server that has vmt0 (VMware tools) enabled in the kernel, hence we 
think this could be related to vmt0.
