>Description:

When booting a -current system I get messages like this during startup:

Checking quotas: done.
Loaded entropy from disk.
cd0(aceride0:0:0): Check Condition on CDB: 0x00 00 00 00 00 00
    SENSE KEY: Not Ready
     ASC/ASCQ: Medium Not Present

swapctl: setting dump device to /dev/sd0b
Starting virecover.

Note there are two bugs in here: this type of error should probably not
be displayed at all (I think there is already a PR about this and similar
messages in gnats), and second, this device should not have been touched
at all during startup, here is the corresponding /etc/fstab entry:

/dev/cd0a /cdrom cd9660 ro,noauto

Removing this line makes the message go away. Note that lines like this are
part of the default install.

>How-To-Repeat:
Just boot a -current system w/o CD medium present.

>Fix:
n/a
