Both, MD5 and SHA512 files are corrupted.
The installation file, netbsd-INSTALL.gz can't be uncompressed; it fails on CRC 
check.

Documentation, 
http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-5.1.2/sandpoint/INSTALL.txt is 
corrupted as well; some junk at the end of the file.

Might be a problem in your file system or servers????
