Yes, it's a "netbook", so it has no internal cdrom. 
I had to use Jared D. McNeill mkmemstick.sh to create a NetBSD 5.1.2 & a NetBSD 
6.0_BETA i386 USB-stick.

NetBSD 5.1.2 works (I could complete a full installation), but the NetBSD 
6.0_BETA halts before the boot finishes (as shown in the "cut-n-pasted" dmesg).
