Revision 1.695 of "src/share/mk/bsd.own.mk" switch of building catpages
by default which is a reasonable thing to do. There is however nothing
which removes the old obsolete catpages during an update. They will
get stale and might get picked up instead of the newer manpages.

>How-To-Repeat:
Update to NetBSD-current from an older NetBSD release or a current build
before 2012-02-07. Notice all the outdated ".0" files in
"/usr/share/man/cat*".
