The new live-image target (and friends) are run even on a build.sh invocation
like:

  build.sh -u -O /usr/obj -E -D / -T /usr/tools -x -j 4 build

which is wrong. This also (of course) causes them to fail due to missing
RELEASEDIR. I also get:
