 Ok, I can't seem to be able to reproduce it anymore.
 
 For the record, in case it is a race and we are just lucky now (and it would
 come back sometime):
 
  - the syscall code looked completely garbage (os_mask != SWI_OS_NETBSD, pretty
    random high code > NSYSENT)
 
 so it was probably just a broken object file or ld.elf_so breakage.
 
 I'll close this PR for now, let's hope it does not come back.
