make(1) manual page refers to "Make - A Tutorial" but it should refer to "PMake

By googling "Make - A Tutorial" you end up to page 
http://www.eng.hawaii.edu/Tutor/Make/index.html and assume, this was the 
document manual page author referred to.

But I think, the author meant to refer "PMake - A Tutorial" which
comes with NetBSD sources, so I suggest the following patch.
