  This was very likely fixed years ago when I replaced the ADB  
  subsystem. The old code would attempt to reset the ADB bus which some  
  PMUs don't like and power down ( Core99 Powerbook PMUs have this nasty  
  habit instead of just returning errors ). Also, this PowerBook may not  
  even have ADB support at all, IIRC the last generation had USB  
  keyboards and trackpads.
