Feedback timeout. Should be fixed, provided that T41 is new enough to run
with acpicpu(4), which is likely. It would be possible to fix this also for
est(4) and powernow(4), but given the unreliability and possible wrong
frequencies, I think we do not dare to touch the default settings with these
drivers. You can however use powerd(8) to "fix" this manually.
